My Stories

I took a technical editing course in my final year at Arizona State University. Our instructor utilized practical assignments, which yielded career-like experiences. A project I was intrigued most by included teamwork in editing a legitimate website and constructing a professional letter of transmittal that overviewed our suggestions and guidance.

I appreciate the notion that my writing and editing skills can be helpful to other people. Writing can be an act of humanity.

Art is a vessel for our thoughts and emotions; the same holds for writing. It conceals a part of our consciousness. In art, we create, and in writing, we create. 

Writing is another vessel for expression that creates a bond with other people. Our work engages the outside presence, welcoming a connection with others. Writing is, like art, an act of humanity.
